High‑Risk Use Policy

This Policy defines prohibited and restricted use cases for ChatNexus (chatnexus.cloud), operated by CHISTY DIGITAL FORGE (ABN: 25 864 140 160), a sole trader based in Sydney, NSW, Australia ("we", "us", or "our").
These restrictions exist to protect End‑Users, reduce safety risks, and comply with legal and ethical standards. This Policy supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited High‑Risk Use Cases
You must not use ChatNexus for the following purposes:
1.1 Medical, Legal, Financial, or Professional Advice
Including but not limited to:
- Medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or triage
- Legal interpretation or legal counsel
- Financial planning, investment advice, or portfolio management
- Tax advice or migration advice
1.2 Life‑Critical or Safety‑Critical Systems
Including but not limited to:
- Emergency response or dispatch systems
- Medical devices or clinical decision support
- Autonomous vehicles or transportation control
- Industrial control systems (SCADA/ICS)
- Aviation or maritime navigation
1.3 Surveillance or Law‑Enforcement Decision‑Making
Including but not limited to:
- Facial recognition or biometric identification
- Behaviour prediction or profiling
- Criminal risk scoring or sentencing recommendations
1.4 Weapons or Military Applications
Including but not limited to:
- Targeting systems or threat assessment
- Weapon control or guidance
- Combat decision support
1.5 Child Safety or Exploitation Detection
Including but not limited to:
- CSAM detection or classification
- Age verification systems
- Grooming detection
1.6 Deceptive or Manipulative Use
Including but not limited to:
- Impersonation of real individuals
- Deepfake generation or synthetic media misrepresentation
- Covert persuasion or psychological manipulation
2. Restricted Use Cases (Require Written Approval)
The following use cases are not outright prohibited but require prior written approval from ChatNexus before deployment. Contact support@chatnexus.cloud to request approval.
- Education: agents used in educational settings, particularly with minors.
- HR screening: agents involved in recruitment, candidate evaluation, or employee assessment.
- Mental health support: agents providing wellbeing support or crisis resources (not treatment).
- Automated decision‑making: agents making or recommending decisions that materially affect individuals.
- High‑volume public‑facing agents: agents expected to handle more than 10,000 end‑user interactions per month.
Approval may require a signed Data Processing Agreement and additional compliance review.
3. Enforcement
If we determine that your use of ChatNexus violates this Policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.
- Block or disable specific agents that violate this Policy.
- Report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
